A queue-based system is first-come, first-serve. Once your catalog has been submitted, your photos will be added to my queue and you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice. The invoice will note the date your catalog is scheduled for editing, which corresponds to beginning of the turnaround time.

Once a client, you may immediately send catalogs over for editing. I will look over the catalog and send over an invoice. Once complete. I will get right to work!

All editing is done within the Basic Panel of Adobe Lightroom Classic.

Yes! You purchased those for your business, and I would be acting as a sub-contractor for your business. Any presets you share with me will be used for your work exclusively.
No! It does help to have an idea of how many catalogs you would like to outsource, but you are not required to send all of your photoshoots.
